Positively Positive Difficult Conversations  

Handling difficult dialogue well greatly enhances your capabilities in the workplace and at home. In our training session, you will explore what assumptions and beliefs can make conversations “difficult,” identify your dominant conflict handling style and those of others, apply a three-step model to handle conflict, and use assertiveness skills to facilitate communication. Begin to master critical conversations and learn how to positively engage your peers, direct reports, managers and friends that lead to better results and relationships.
