Organizational Change Management

Good Change Management is critical to success and gaining buy-in. The typical 'command and control' management style for change simple will not work any longer. Understanding the natural process of a group follows and how to work with each phase of the process enables a smoother transition. Most of all, it enables you to find, nurture and call upon the powerful intrinsic motivations of your team. This program brings to life the fundamentals of Bridges' 'Transitions' theory, Kotter's 'Heart of Change' and Daniel Pink's research on motivation.
