Working with Emotional Intelligence  

One of the more important factors in job performance and advancement today is emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence includes developing four critical segments of self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management. The higher up one rises in an organization; it is assumed that you have the necessary technical skills. For ultimate success, it’s all about relationships. For leaders, emotional intelligence is almost 90 percent of what sets stars apart from the mediocre. This session offers the insights into your EQ and how to best leverage for positive success.
