Electrical Theory and Devices (Level 1A)

Please note there is a pre-requisite course to WELC 101. Prior to registering, please email Program Manager, George Merz, at gmerz2@monroecc.edu.

This course will provide an overview to the electrical trade, electrical safety, and electrical circuits and theory. You will also be introduced to the National Electrical Code (NEC); device boxes; raceways and fittings; conductors and cables; basic electrical construction drawings; residential electric services; and electrical test equipment.
