Effective 360 Degree Communication  

Excellent communicators hold a competitive advantage today. This session helps participants develop and use active listening and probing skills. Interactive practice will help participants recognize and interpret common non-verbal cues to communication. The session explains assertiveness and finding the right balance to have "meaningful and vital conversation" with others. Practice includes having "honest" conversations with individuals to help get the facts out, clarify issues, communicate the truth and share feelings to be able to focus on the real issues and move successfully forward. The session also shares how to present information, instructions and/or ideas clearly and concisely to all.
