Strategic Planning Fundamentals

This course will help develop broad-based competencies in strategic planning and decision making at all levels of the organization. Well suited for groups and individuals interested in developing strategic planning skills within their own organization. Participants in this workshop will be able to work through the key stages of the strategic-planning process. This workshop will provide you with the understanding of the concepts and process of strategic planning and the ability to identify how strategic planning differs from other forms of organizational planning. Using the principles and methods received, you will also be able to develop strategic thinking skills in others.
