Diversity in the Workplace

Differences in society and differences in the workplace shape how we think and how we react in relationships. This training session offers activity-based learning on both, the objective of seeking common ground while recognizing differences exist in human culture and approach to relationships and work. Participants will discover how similarities are important and then explore culture and value differences which can cause problems in the workplace. Group discussions and facilitated work draws remedies and information to improve participant perceptions and workplace adaptability.
