Mindful Patient Interactions

Often we find ourselves in situations with patients that we are simply not prepared for! Thus, the manner in which we respond and react may be an emotional reaction, versus a well thought out plan and approach. These interactions can damage a relationship with a patient to the point of no return, or the interaction will be so favorable that patient loyalty will be strengthened. This interactive workshop will assist staff in identifying the issues that may arise within their scope of work where conflict and dissatisfaction may occur. We will then develop a framework for how to deal with these events when they arise. Together we will develop strategies and responses that can be taught, practiced, implemented and executed consistently within the organization.
