Entrepreneurship Certificate Series - Developing a Business Plan

This 4-hour program will provide the essentials to developing a Business Plan for eventual presentation to a bank, accountant, vendor, and investors. The #1 reason for business failure is the absence of a business plan. Topics will include concept testing, determination of profit goal and sales volume required, comparison to industry averages, competitive comparisons, work flow analysis, equipment required, square footage required, job descriptions, development of employee policies and manual, and corporate identity graphics. Participants will leave this program with the fundamentals of a Business Plan as well as a timetable for a Launch Plan.
