Entrepreneurship Certificate Series - Seeking Bank Financing

There are 3 questions that any bank loan officer will ask a business owner seeking commercial bank financing: Do you have a Business Plan? Do you have financial projections for 1-3 years? What makes you any different from your existing competition? If the business owner is unable to answer any 1 of these 3 questions, it is usually grounds for immediate rejection. This 4-hour program, will guide the participant through the refinement of the Business Plan, development of 1-3 year projections, analysis of credit scores, obtaining a current credit report, and development of the bank loan presentation package.
