Lean Fundamentals

This focused, instructor-led review session prepares participants to understand the fundamentals of Lean and Six Sigma. The course consists of a combination of presentations, practice exams, worksheet development, group simulations, and small group discussions. Interactive groups review tactical lean principles to share ideas and solidify their knowledge about key lean concepts.
