Building a Succession Plan   

If every Manager or Supervisor level turnover creates crisis, you may need a succession plan. If turnover results in hiring from outside because you cannot promote from the inside, you could benefit by building bench-strength. For a succession plan to work your organization needs to know how to identify "critical skill sets," develop a plan for developing skills, and have a process on track growth and readiness. Take the mystery our of the process and watch employee morale and productivity increase. This workshop outlines the critical succession planning steps and action plan.
