Business Analytics and Data Quality

This training introduces participants to the important topic of data-driven decision making, and how to measure and manage data and information quality. Topics include forecasting, data warehousing, data mining, business statistics, inventory management, and decision analysis. Students will use Excel throughout the training, learning food spreadsheet design techniques and advanced functionality, to build models that support management decision making. Students will have an opportunity to discuss how these tools and techniques can be used to analyze their own company's data for better decision making. The use of case studies will be used to illustrate key concepts.
