Process Mapping Fundamentals

This one-day training session aims to provide participants with an understanding of the fundamental knowledge needed to map processes, and create the documentation that allows managers to better understand, monitor, and improve systems and processes within their organizations. Emphasis will be place on creating process maps that are easy to read and understand. The mapping techniques that will be covered include flowcharts, SIPOC diagrams, turtle diagrams, timelines, and use cases. These techniques are proven to help management develop the mindset needed to continuously identify improvement opportunities and successfully implement changes to their business process.
