Advanced Process Mapping

This one-day training session aims to provide participants with an understanding of two advanced mapping techniques: value stream mapping and data flow diagrams. Value stream mapping is a great technique to document the activities associated with a value stream, whereas data flow diagrams can be used to document systems that predominately depend on the flow of information between processes. This training will provide participants with the advanced knowledge needed to comprehensively map value streams or systems, creating documentation that allows them to better understand, monitor and improve their organizational systems and process. These techniques are proven to help management develop the mindset needed to continuously identify improvement opportunities and successfully implement changes to their business process and systems.
