Lean Six Sigma White Belt

Certification is considered a mark of excellence in many industries. It helps you advance your career and boosts your organization’s bottom line through your mastery of skills. By taking this competency-based Lean Six Sigma White Belt course, you are confirming your commitment to your professional growth. This course provides a solid foundation of lean six sigma, and theory of constraints. Compared to many other Lean Six Sigma courses, this course is a substantive review of underlying principles required to understand more advanced Lean Six Sigma concepts.

This Lean Six Sigma White Belt course consists of 3 hours of face-to-face instruction, divided equally between course orientation where you learn about the course resources, and meet the instructor, and an open-book 50-question multiple-choice exam at the end. The rest of the course is delivered asynchronous (online) over six weeks. Each week consists of approximately 4 hours of instruction. Upon successfully completing the course, you will be issued your Lean Six Sigma White Belt certificate.
