Problem Solving and Decision Making for Process Improvement  

Develop your problem-solving skills so you and your team can effectively and efficiently resolve issues and improve processes, thus providing better quality services to your customers. You will learn how to understand the importance and ownership of resolving issues successfully, identify and prioritize the problem(s) needed to focus resources on resolving, and build and manage a problem-solving team successfully through the process. You will also understand, explain and implement a problem-solving process that defines the desired outcome, determines root cause through to implementation and follow-up, and use selected techniques and tools in the analysis of problems and selection of the best solution. An action plan for you and all your employees will be developed. Includes a comprehensive workbook and many practical takeaways with can apply immediately!
