Thinking Strategically: Moving from Reaction to Pro-Action

This session allows participants to appreciate the Strategic Plan process and practice how to work with organizational teams at any level to become more strategic thinkers. This process, determining present and future value proposition, and identifying current gaps will be discussed in this interactive session. Critical success factors and key result areas will be defined to assist with plan development and how to implement on your teams.
