Safe at Home - Fire and Home Safety Training for People with I/DD   

People with intellectual/development disabilities are at greater risk for home fires and unintentional injuries. Students will learn how to implement the "Safe at Home" program to improve the safety of the people they serve. This interactive class is focused on direct service providers and agency trainers, who will learn how to do an environmental and safety skills assessment and provide individualized training based on their customers' needs.
