Delegation is an overlooked and undervalued tool that managers can use to complete an ever-increasing list of work responsibilities. This one-session course provides managers and supervisors with the tools and processes to effectively delegate work to others. Participants learn to:

Match the task to the employee and set expectations.
Decide how much authority to give the employee.
Help the employee choose to be accountable and how to manage issues as they come up.
