The Accountable, Value-Added Employee

Most people start work as a full-time employee thinking that being good at what they do - the focus of their high school or college training - is enough to succeed in the business. However, those technical skills aren't enough for success. This two-session course teaches employees how to be accountable in a way that not only provides high value to the company, but also contributes significantly to progress in their own careers. Participants leave the workshop:
  • Aware of and what to expect from being accountable.
  •
  • Knowing what employers value beyond the technical skills.
  •
  • Knowing their talents for leading others, doing business, and managing themselves.
  •
  • With a draft professional development plan to increase their accountability and how to discuss it with their manager.
