This workshop introduces participants to the concept that they must first learn how to manage and lead themselves before they can effectively lead others. They learn:

They operate in the world through their three "selves," which also influence others' behavior.
To understand the role and power of early conditioning on attitudes and behaviors when working with team members.
Tools that show the value of consistent optimism and how to maintain it.
Four different levels of leadership that are the building blocks of personal leadership.
