PMP and CAPM Exam Preparation Workshop

This three-day PMP and CAPM certification exam prep course helps participants prepare for these two rigorous PMI Exams. This exam prep course covers the material contained in PMI's A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide) 6th Edition. You'll cover allt he process and knowledge areas including professional responsibility through review and testing to increase the probability of earning your PMP and CAPM certification. Each participant will have access to learning aids such as checklists, formula worksheets, examples, exercises guide sheets, and online practice quizzes.

This review covers the following Knowledge Areas: Project Integration Management,Project Scope Management, Project Schedule Management, Project Cost Management, Project Quality Management, Project Resource Management, Project Communications Management, Project Risk Management, Project Procurement Management, and Project Stakeholder Management. It also covers the following process groups: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing.

It is assumed that participants attending this course are familiar with PMBOK concepts and are ready to take the exam. If you're not familiar or it has been awhile since you've reviewed the PMBOK, you might want to take our four-day course titled Project Management Best Practices, or our five-day course titled Project Management Body of Knowledge Primer before you consider enrolling in this course.

CAPM certification is the entry level certification for those who are working on projects and don't possess the experience leading and directing projects required to earn the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation. See PMI's website for specific exam requirements (www.pmi.org).
