Project Management Concepts

Let’s face it – most of us manage projects every day, without the luxury of having either formal project management training or adequate resources. Whether your projects are simple or complex, learning basic concepts of project management and applying them will save you time, money, and help increase your project’s chances of success. You don’t need to be a project manager or aspire to be one to benefit from basic project management skills.

This one-day workshop covers materials from chapters one through four of PMI’s A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide). It is also the first day of our two-day course titled Project Management Basics, our three-day course titled Fundamentals of Project Management, our four-day course titled Project Management Primer, and our five-day course titled Project Management Body of Knowledge Best Practices. If you have an interest in acquiring a more in-depth knowledge of project management, you might consider enrolling in one of these courses.
