Entrepreneurship Strategic Thinking   

A unique learning experience in six three-hour sessions teaches a proven method for senior leaders and business owners to create the environment for their people to drive the organization's vision into action. Create a plan to align strategy, people and process to achieve your goals. Participants develop a clear strategy and plan to convert them into specific, measurable, attainable goals. The outcome of the course is documented strategies plan that includes: - Vision/Mission/Core Values - External and Internal Assessments - Market Segments/Target Markets - Competitive Analysis - Strengths, Limitations, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT Analysis) - Critical Goal Categories - SMART Goals with Performance Targets and Results Metrics - Sales and Marketing Plan - Executive Scoreboard Includes participant materials and downloadable audio.
