We have been through a massive unsettling time in 2020. For over a year, the world of work has changed dramatically in frightening and exhausting ways.  Many people are looking forward to things “getting back to normal.”  We need to recognize that things will never be the same as they were at the start of 2020.  We are in uncharted territory, which represents some challenges and some opportunities, particularly for leaders. 

This course is laid out in three half day sessions to focus on how to manage the challenges and milk the opportunities of the new ways of working.  The course will be fun and experiential, and it will allow for many different scenarios that are possible in the future.
