Women’s Leadership Program

Participants will examine three areas of effective leadership practices and chart their course to master the three C’s of Women’s Leadership: Communication, Collaboration, and Culture. Participants will have an opportunity to develop skills in emotional intelligence, communicating with intent, assessing gender dynamics, managing conflict, bringing out the best in others, negotiating without guilt, and building a work environment based on mutual trust and respect.

The purpose of this course is to allow participants to recognize their strengths and further develop those areas that will drive their success.  Each will learn tools and techniques to improve collaboration and address difficult topics, while recognizing potential biases and tendencies.

Finally, participants will focus on their own leadership style and learn to recognize the environment or culture of their offices. Each session will include a practical exercise and by the end of the course participants will complete their own management assessments, concluding with Q and A from a diverse panel of experienced leaders.
