Equity in Performance Reviews   

Most organizations struggle to catch bias in performance feedback to ensure all employees are getting a fair development experience.  When bias goes unchecked, you end up with disparities in who gets promoted, who gets opportunities—and who leaves your organization.  Attend this 1.5 hour session to expand your understanding on how to provide equitable, actionable, and impactful performance feedback and create a culture of transparency, inclusion, and trust!
